Holiday Shipping: Please place your online orders by December 12th if you want to ensure they arrive by December 23rd with regular shipping. Orders shipped by courier or express may be placed after this date. 

*Please note that if you live in Ontario orders placed after this date may still arrive in time, but this is the latest date that we can ensure your order will arrive in time for the holiday.

Discretion: Your privacy is important to us, and we understand the desire for discretion.  We ship all of our products in plain boxes, with the sender listed as "Customer Service" and our address.  We do not put our name or logo on the box, nor do we list any contents. If we are shipping across a border, we will list "toys" or "books" or "DVDs" or "massage products" on the customs form.

Please note: If a package is returned to us due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, Good For Her may charge the customer fees incurred for returning the package to us, and for shipping it out again.  Please ensure all shipping information you provide is accurate. 

For your convenience, our shipping rates follow a simple flat-rate structure, outlined below.

In Canada

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75* to Canadian addresses at no charge (via Canada Post Standard Shipping)! 

On orders over $75, upgrade to Express Shipping for just $5.

Items shipped Standard may take up to 14 business days, but usually arrive within the week. Express shipping takes 2-4 business days within Canada.

We ship using Canada Post. It has a tracking number and a guarantee for delivery time. We require a signature for delivery. If there is no one to sign when your package arrives, you will be left a card to pick up your parcel at your convenience at the specified local post office. If you prefer to have it left at your doorstep, please specify in the comments section of your order that you do not require a signature. Please be advised, however, that you are then responsible for the package once Canada Post certifies that it was delivered.

*free shipping rates apply to orders over $75 before taxes, shipping charges and do not include workshop purchases.

In the USA

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to the USA on orders over $100 (subtotal before taxes & shipping charges).  For orders under $100:

• Standard Shipping: $12  (8-10 business days)
• Express Shipping: $20  (4-7 business days)

In order to ship items to the USA, we do require a phone number. Customers should be advised that import duties and taxes may be levied once the package reaches your country and must be paid by you at the time of importation. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Good For Her is not able to issue refunds or credits for items seized by customs or for the shipping costs. If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order. Customers will most likely be required to provide a signature when receiving their items.

Elsewhere in the World

Outside of Canada and the USA, on orders of any size:

Air Small Packet (takes approximately 2-4 weeks) - $25.

Due to Canada Post restrictions, we cannot provide tracking numbers for International orders

Due to international laws or size limitations, we may not be able to fulfill all international orders.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns

For the health and safety of all of us we cannot accept returns on sex toys (including harnesses, leather and SM gear). We test all of our vibrators before we ship them and will exchange a product that has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase. After that, any exchanges may be done through manufacturer's product warranty (if offered).

If you have purchased an item online that appears to be defective, please contact us here, explaining the item and nature of the problem. Our Mail Order department will let you know further steps and options involved in completing the return.

If you purchased an item in store that appears to be defective, and you are able to bring it back into the store for a return, please do so within 30 days of purchase. Please call us at 416-588-0900 (in Toronto) or 1-877-588-0900 (outside of Toronto) to discuss your return.
