Our Mail Order department is open Monday – Friday. We offer free discreet shipping for orders over $75 within Canada and over $100 for U.S. orders.
How do you ship my parcel?
We package orders in plain discreet boxes and wrapping, and the return label says “Customer Service; 175 Harbord St Toronto, On M5S 1H3”. Our store name and logo do not appear on the outside or the parcel.
Information about the contents of the package do not appear anywhere on the outside of the parcel, for orders being delivered within Canada. For parcels being delivered outside of Canada, we do need to include information about the contents on the outside of the parcel for customs, however we use discreet language such as “toy” or “health and safety product”.
Orders are processes Mon-Fri, excusing statutory holidays. Orders that are received by 11am are shipped out on the same day. Orders received after 11 am are shipped out the following business day. Please see the below expected shipping times to ensure that you receive your order by the time you need it. We also offer same day courier for those in Toronto (please see below for more details) as well as express post for parcels within Canada and the USA. Canada Post guarantees shipping times of 10 business days within Canada. Those in cities and close to Toronto will have shorter shipping times. Those in remote rural or Northern areas may require longer delivery times. IN our expereince, outside of the rush of December, actual delivery times are nuch shorter. For guaranteed faster service, express post is an option, with 1-7 days delivery depending on location.

Shipping outside of Canada and the USA usually requires longer delivery times. Please contact email@example.com for estimated delivery times and shipping options
If you are ordering products to be shipped as a gift and would like us to include a card with a special note in the parcel, please let us know in the comment section of your order.
In Store Pick Up
If you are in Toronto, local pickup from our store (175 Harbord St.) is available during store hours. Please include a note on your order form if you would like to pick up your order in store, instead of us mailing it out to you.
Same day courier is available for Toronto orders
Must be placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday . We ship using A-Way couriers
Available within Toronto only – $20
Please note that we will be calling you to confirm your availability. You must be available to sign for the delivery with the courier.
The boundaries for this service are the 427 to the west, Steeles Ave. to the north, Meadowvale Rd. to the east and south to the lake. Please call us by 2 pm to place your order to be delivered on the same day. Rates may vary by distance and rush status. We will contact you with a quote before finalizing your purchase.
If you want to receive your order same-day on the weekend or outside of our service area, you are welcome to arrange your own courier or taxi service for pick-up. Please call us or email us after you have placed your order to ensure that we have received it and to determine when the package will be ready for pick-up.

$20 base rate + 15% of the product cost.

Signature Required Information:
Please note that we automatically send all parcels within Canada with a signature required upon delivery, unless requested otherwise. This means, that if nobody is available to sign for the parcel at the shipping address at the time of delivery, Canada Post will leave a notification card, indicating which post office the parcel can be signed for and picked up at.
If you would rather the parcel be left at the shipping address, whether or not anybody is available to sign for it, you can put a note on your order form, letting us know that a signature is not required. Without a signature required, the parcel will be left at the door (or elsewhere if indicated on your order form) if nobody is at the address to receive the parcel at the time of delivery. Please note that at this point we have no control over whether it is picked up by the person at the address or someone else, and therefore cannot be held responsible for missing parcels after delivery.
