At Good For Her we understand that your purchase can be a considerable investment. In order to ensure that you get the most out of your purchase, we highly recommend that you care and maintain your new product in the following ways:
Cleaning:
- Clean it with soap and water. This product may be submerged in water. If you want to use a sex toy cleaner we recommend Pjur Medclean since it does not contain Nonoxynol-9, an ingredient many people find irritating to sensitive tissues.
Storage:
- Do not allow anything sharp to come into contact with it (eg. cat claws, staples on the package) as it can tear.
To Share or Not to Share
- Share it only with those with whom you are sharing sexual fluids. If you want to share it with others with whom you are not sharing sexual fluids, use a condom on it in order to practice safer sex. These products cannot be sterilized.
Lube:
- A water- or silicone-based lube is recommended for vaginal play and is strongly recommended for anal penetration.
- Do not use with oil/petroleum based lubricants. These products will damage the item, can trap bacteria and cause an infection
Safety:
- We highly recommend using condoms with soft jelly materials in case they may contain phthalates, a latex softener that has been banned in the use of children’s toys. (does not apply to silicone)
- You may find that your jelly/latex/rubber products absorb lubricant. By using a condom and applying lubricant on the top of the condom you can prevent this problem and are on your way to better glide
