Insertion: Wash your hands and remove one sponge from the package. For easier insertion, the sponge can be moistened with lubricant or water - but squeeze out excess moisture from sponge before insertion. Place the index finger on the flat side of the Sponge, grip the sponge with thumb and middle finger and push the sponge towards the back of your vagina, where your cervix is.

Removal: Wash your hands, get into a crouching position or sit on the edge of a chair or toilet seat. Insert your index finger up toward your cervix, grip the sponge with your finger to remove it.
